Starfruit, which is also known as Carambola, is indigenous to much of Asia, the ripe fruit has a citrus-like taste similar to a blend of orange and lemon juice. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% in most non alcoholic beverage applications. In beer, wine and cider start at 0.20% and adjust to taste.
