Use as a refill for the Blue Shop Towel Big Grip Pail Dispenser or as a center pull blue shop towel dispenser. Blue towels help hide grease and grime better than white shop towels, allowing for more use before being discarded. Center pull towels are shrink wrapped with a cardboard dispensing disc that allows for single sheet dispensing and also provides support for the canister so it doesn't collapse even when you get down to the last few sheets.
