Directions for use:
Step 1--Sauteing sugar (for toning)
Add a little oil to the pan and cook until it is about 50% hot. Add sugar and stir gently.
When the sugar melts, the oil begins to bubble, and the color becomes dark, add water
immediately. (beware of splashing oil and water.)
Step 2--Prepare the brine
Add 1.5-2.5 liters of water to the sweet water, then add the marinade, ginger, garlic,
scallion, salt, cooking wine, soya sauce, essence, monosodium glutamate and
other ingredients, then boil over high heat.
Step 3--Cook
Put the cleaned food into the pot with brine and bring to a boil. Cook the food on
medium-low fire, until it is fully cooked. If there is not enough flavor, you can turn
off and continue to soak, making it to infuse the taste.
Tips:
1.Do not put too many spices, it would tastes bitter if you put too many in it.
2.The spices cannot be put in cold water, which can lead to a bitter soup.
