Great productBox arrived banged up n aged looking! This product is three times the price higher than at my local supermarket! My bad for not doing my due diligence! Love the product. Love the blueberry n lemon mix better!3Save your money, add pumpkin pie spice to the plain protein flavorI hate to do this, I really do. Kodiak cakes are usually delicious. And the pumpkin flavor TASTES great. But cooking them on the other hand is another story. I've never had issues making the plain protein cakes, these ones over cooked like crazy. As I made them, I started to use less batter per cake and it helped slightly but not enough. I think a quarter cup is too much as the batter is so thin. If I attempt this again, I will certainly not go 1:1 on the water ratio, or even try using almond milk since it is thicker. I'm extremely disappointed in this product. And because it cost so much on here, I couldn't let my cakes go to waste... so slightly burnt pancakes it is I guess. I may attempt to make muffins with the batter as I don't want it to go to wasteSide note--As I read more reviews, it does appear that you're better off not following the box instructions... so word to the wise for anyone that hasn't yet made these.
