Description
Humboldt Fog is a goat's milk cheese made in California's Humboldt county, and its name comes from the rolling fog that comes in from the ocean. Creamy and smooth, Humboldt Fog is dense and velvety, with a delicious tangy flavor that is great with fruits or on a cheese plate. A layer of ash divides the cheese in half. Cypress Grove Creamery makes Humboldt Fog from a handful of selected local diaries, delivery a delicious and consistently exquisite cheese every time. Serve with honeycomb, pears and a crisp white wine, or a salad with mandarin oranges and cranberries.
