Not all that helpfulThis strap did nothing for my plantar fasciitis and was not simple to use. As the manufacturer chooses not to include any directions in the package the consumer has to figure out how the thing should go from the picture and then hope he has it right. 2Helps me!This was a replacement for the one I got from my foot doctor. I love it. It allows me to function in bare feet or sandals - it's not the prettiest, but it works for my foot / heel.Another plus side is it also means that although I have the "boot" that I normally sleep in at home, I don't like hauling it with me when I am traveling. This is always with me now! 4Rip off if returningVery disappointed, I bought the product and it is very uncomfortable to wear. Beware: they charged me three dollars to ship it back and a restocking fee so I lost seven dollars on this purchase. Do not buy!
