I Thought I Ordered Men's Size 10-12This is my first unfavorable review and I hope it will be the very last one because complaining helps no one. I ordered men's size 10-12 and ended up with a tiny thing that is too small for teenager's shoes. This is $17.99 thrown in the trash because I do not like the quality to give it to someone it can fit. I will just continue with Dr. Scholls that works for me. Now I will have to go and review all the wonderful products at some point that I have not chosen to give a few stars when they deserve it. 1Wrong sizesI wear size 6-7 in women s so that s what I ordered. When I received them they were huge. Probably a size 6-7 in men s. So I tried cutting one to fit my shoe and it still wouldn t fit. I m very unhappy. $18 wasted. 1They re Okay. I tried them on for the first time today. I had to trim a little off the toe area of each one. Fit was ok, I wish it was a little harder. But support is okay. I only wore them a little while today, I have to gradually increase my wear time they are a little softer than I had hoped, but not too soft to return. I m giving them a try. 4Great for pronation controlI have a lot of pronation with my left foot. Bought some nice Brooks shoes which helped some. Tried a different insole, not much help. Got these and they are awesome. Stopped the pronation. Feel great. May be the best insoles I have tried. Reasonably priced. I will be buying more. 5Flat foot ith over laxed ligaments rolling ankles.OMG!! Amazing. I was in so much pain from standing up and picking up heavy items in my job. I have real bad flat feet and very laxed ligaments so my ankle drops. Anyways I was recommend surgery years ago due to pain. i was out of work for so long because of the pain. So i tried these and I have tried others and this thing right here killed the ankle pain I was having by 70% (still sore). I only wore it for one day. I feel like i am standing straighter and my knees hurt less. I am still going to see a doctor about my foot but this right here helps it alot for now. What a great buy. 5Not for supinationI had specifically bought these because when I searched for supination support, these came up. Also the description said it would help with plantar fasciitis, which I also have. However, these most definitely are NOT for supination. They are for pronation. Luckily the return process was very easy 1Covering peels offBought these for my son that has arch problems. He said they seemed to help with the soreness and pain. But the fabric cover peeled off within about 2 weeks of wear. Sure we could glue it back on but it shouldn t peel off in my opinion!! 2Great full length semi hard insoleI bought these to put in my work shoes. I needed something with the insole because I walk on pavement all day but I also needed something to give my foot an Arch. I have very flat feet and it causes a few different issues. I would say these are true to size. If you are at the lower end of the size range, you would probably have to trim them which isn't a big deal. The arch is semi rigid but it does offer a lot of support. The only reason I say semi-rigid is because the plastic piece has Cuts or vents in it. It is serving its purpose though. I will definitely be reordering when I need to. I would recommend these only if you plan to leave them in the shoe the majority of the time. Because the bottom is rubber so they don't slide while walking in the shoe, it is a bit of a pain to constantly switch them around. I started to do that but ended up going with a 3/4 insole to move around in my other shoes. 5AwesomeThese are awesome. I can be on my feet all day and not feel the planter pain in my heel when I get home. Just bought a second pair for my other shoes. I absolutely love these! 5Four StarsIt provides excellent arch support but the rest of insole is not very cushony. 4
