they are great for her wrist supportBought these for my daughter who is in competition Cheer and tumbling...they are great for her wrist support. Right now she is practicing on mastering her handstands and they are helping out nicely. She s 8 soon to be 9 and they fit perfectly. 5Amazing for PilatesFor years, I have had an achy wrist that would last for days/weeks whenever I did weight bearing exercises during Pilates/Yoga workouts. I am a certified Pilates instructor and found it frustrating to not be able to perform all the exercises. I tried the push-up handles, etc., but nothing seemed to be decent. I decided to try these wrist guards out, even though there were no reviews for them.I have been using them consistently for two months and not once has my wrist been sore. I am amazed something so simple and cheap could be the fix but every time I leave a workout with a smile on my face at the fact that I do not have to worry about nursing a sore wrist for the next week. I never write reviews but I wanted to let people know who struggle with sore wrists to know there can be relief! 5Wrist supportI have been doing yoga and Pilates for over three years and recently my wrists have been hurting. I ordered the wrist supports and used them for the first time over the weekend and they do help! Along with using two mats for extra support it really made a difference. I do power yoga at least once a week and a lot of planks so I am glad I have a solution to my problem. She can wear over her watch but chooses not to. Quick & easy to put on & feels super light-weight while also offering soft/snug wrist support with flexibility. I'll likely keep using these long after complete recovery to minimize strain on wrist while doing work that requires light lifting or pulling, as well as typing for long periods on laptop.
